Event Description:
Join NY/NJ Baykeeper for a memorable paddle to Staten Island’s legendary Ships’ Graveyard, one of the most iconic maritime landmarks in our harbor estuary.
This guided kayak tour offers the perfect blend of history, ecology, and adventure. Paddle alongside Baykeeper staff as we explore the rusting remains of historic vessels, while taking in the unique wildlife and coastal beauty of the Arthur Kill.
What’s Included:
Guided kayak tour led by Baykeeper staff
Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets provided
Safety briefing and orientation
What to Bring:
Water, hat, and sunscreen
Comfortable clothing suitable for kayaking
Completed waiver (required for all participants)
