NJ Open Space and Water Quality Dedication Public Question 2 – November 4th

This November, NJ residents will have an opportunity to make a decision on open space funding.

If passed, Public Question 2 will provide funding to:

  • Create and improve parks
  • Protect water supplies
  • Improve water quality
  • Preserve farmland and historic sites
  • Protect flood-prone areas
  • Clean up polluted sites
  • Protect open space, including fish and wildlife areas

To receive you ballot by  mail, the County Clerk must receive you ballot application seven days prior to the election. A voter may also apply in person to the County Clerk until 3:00 p.m. the day before the election. For more voting info, click here.
