This petition is to show support for the Act after 4 decades of grassroots privatization battles, and opposition to Liberty National Golf Course’s owner, billionaire Paul Fireman’s revived plan to destroy LSP’s
Caven Point natural habitat by relocating golf holes for multi-millionaires. The billionaire’s misinformation campaign fails to mention Caven Point privatization or that the DEP does not require any more remediation of Caven Point (since 2000) due to its passive recreation uses.
